By accessing or using LinkWA (linkwa.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Service

LinkWA is a free, web-based utility designed to help users generate WhatsApp click-to-chat links, campaign URLs with UTM tracking parameters, and custom-colored scannable QR codes. We also offer a custom branded short link redirect service (e.g. linkwa.in/yourbrand) powered by our edge redirect system.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use LinkWA only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the generated WhatsApp links or custom short links to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or harassing messages.
• Creating short link redirects that point to phishing sites, malware, adult content, or any sites violating local or international laws.
• Attempting to disrupt or exploit our backend systems, API endpoints, or database resources.

We reserve the right to delete any custom short links and block access to our redirect server for any IP address or domain found violating these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The name LinkWA, our logo, custom styling, templates, and branding elements are the property of LinkWA. The open-source libraries used (such as Astro and QRCode.js) remain under their respective licenses.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

LinkWA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, uptime, accuracy, or functionality of the generated links, QR codes, or custom redirect servers. REDIRECT SERVICES MAY BE TEMPORARILY UNSTABLE OR INACCESSIBLE DURING CLOUDFLARE MAINTENANCE OR BANDWIDTH CAP EXCEEDANCES.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LinkWA or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of business leads, advertising spend, or reputational harm) arising out of the use or inability to use this tool.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be marked with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
